Data controller. Lux Lucis Consulting S.à r.l. S, at the address above — jean@webwerk.lu.

What we collect. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. Nothing else — this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why, and legal basis. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare the proposal or demo you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR — steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in replying).

How the form works. The contact form sends your message via Formspree, Inc. (USA), which processes the name, email address and message you enter on our behalf and delivers them to our mailbox; this may involve a transfer of that data to the United States, governed by Formspree's data-processing terms. If the send fails, the form falls back to opening your own email program instead — and you can always email us directly at jean@webwerk.lu. Mail we receive is hosted with Zoho (EU data centre).

Analytics. We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that records anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (page views, referrer, country). It sets no cookies and collects no data that identifies you.

Hosting. The site runs on GitHub Pages; GitHub may process technical connection data (such as your IP address) in server logs for security and delivery.

Retention. We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request, plus a reasonable follow-up period, then delete it.

Recipients. We do not sell or share your data. It is handled only by the providers above — Formspree (contact-form delivery), Zoho (email), GitHub (hosting), GoatCounter (anonymous analytics).

Your rights. Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability — email jean@webwerk.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg’s data protection authority, the CNPD.

Cookies. This site uses no tracking cookies. It stores a single language preference in your browser’s local storage so it remembers FR/EN; this is functional and holds no personal data.
